NeuroAI Partnership

In 2025, Carebü entered a strategic partnership with NeuroAI, an organization dedicated to creating accessible, ethical, and clinically governed technologies to support families of neurodivergent children.

Through this collaboration, we offer a unique hybrid model: specialized human care combined with clinically guided digital tools that families can rely on anytime.

As part of this partnership, families gain access to BRIDGES Engage, a digital companion designed to support parents and caregivers 24/7 with:

• Evidence-based parent coaching
• Practical strategies for everyday challenges
• Developmental guidance and progress support
• A curated library of clinically vetted content
• Assistance from Allie, a safe, clinically governed AI companion

All tools are designed to enhance, not replace, human care, ensuring support that is consistent, accessible, and grounded in clinical expertise.

I love my job because I have the privilege of working with children who see and experience the world in such unique ways. Supporting them and witnessing their progress, no matter how small, fills me with joy and purpose. Each smile, breakthrough, and moment of trust reminds me why this work is so meaningful and rewarding.

When I first discovered ABA therapy during my undergraduate studies, I was instantly intrigued, but nothing could have prepared me for the sense of belonging and fulfillment I would find at Carebü (RealWorldABA). Within just a week, I knew without a doubt that this was the career and organization for me. It’s impossible not to fall in love with the clients and the supportive, close-knit community that is Carebü. My contribution here fills my cup and continually reminds me why I love what I do. The bonds I’ve built with the clients are unbreakable, and being a part of their growth and joy is the greatest reward. I love giggles you hear from adjacent halls, the enthusiastic cheers when a milestone has been reached and those hugs from co-workers after days of mismatched schedules. This job is the craziest and silliest I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t trade it for the world!

Raising children is never easy. Raising other people’s children, especially those with exceptionalities, can feel, at times, overwhelming and even debilitating. There are days when the weight of it all presses down so hard, you wonder if anyone truly sees the struggle. But then, something extraordinary happens. Since the child in my care began receiving services from Carebü (RealWorldABA), everything shifted. He found a place where he belongs, a community that doesn’t just accommodate him, but believes in him. They see his potential, not his limitations. They’ve taught him that family and support come in all shapes and sizes, and that love doesn’t always look like biology; it looks like showing up. Recently, this child qualified for a competitive sports team. It was a huge milestone, one that filled him with pride and nervous excitement. Some of the Carebü staff who had built strong connections with him were thrilled and said they’d come to his game. I didn’t tell him. Not because I doubted their sincerity, but because life has taught him too many hard lessons about disappointment. One more broken promise could have shattered something fragile inside him. But they came. They showed up, not for recognition, not for a paycheck, not for any reward other than to give this child what he needed most: hope, love, and the spirit of sportsmanship. They cheered from the sidelines, their presence a powerful reminder that he is not alone. That he matters. That he is capable. Children with exceptionalities and neuroaffirming diagnoses don’t need another person to tell them what they can’t do. They need people who show up and prove to them what they can do. Carebü (RealWorldABA) did just that. This is just one moment. One game. One act of compassion. But for this child, it was everything. And for me, it was a reminder that community is not just a word, it’s an action. Carebü didn’t just support this child. They changed his story.

The Elephant in the Room: “ABA Doesn’t Work for Children with FASD”

It’s a statement we hear often: “ABA doesn’t work for children with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD).” And while it may feel uncomfortable to acknowledge, there’s a reason why this sentiment exists. Traditional ABA, with its structured protocols and focus on compliance, can struggle to meet the unique and complex needs of children with FASD.
